Rounded Residential Lift Installed in Brighton Victoria with 360-Degree Panoramic View
A residential lift has been installed in Brighton Victoria that offers a unique 360-degree panoramic view.
The rounded residential lift has transparent polycarbonate car and cylinder walls, which provide an unobstructed view from the lift.
This makes it perfect for residential buildings with limited space, as only 700mm space is needed to install it!
Additionally, the rounded lift vacuum elevator doesn’t require a pre-construction pit, hoistway or machine room, making it even more space-efficient.
Air Residential Lift Installation Journey
Our technical team performed a quick survey and confirmed that the distance from the ground to the top landing is 3260mm.
The total overall top landing is 1400mm broad, with the lift positioned in the centre 700mm from the wall.
The builder will remove the glass balustrade, and handrail on the second level to make room for the top landing.
The team also discussed with the builder to cut into the ceiling plasterboard to reveal a joist that can be used to attach a block and tackle, the client also requested a shroud be installed on the top of the lift to hide the ceiling cut out and the supply cable.
Conclusion
The residential lift is powered by air pressure and requires no hydraulics, making it a very eco-friendly option. The vacuum elevator also has a very smooth ride, as there are no moving parts inside the cylinder. This makes it a great option for people with mobility issues or those who simply want to avoid getting stuck in a traditional lift!
Some other benefits of the vacuum elevator include its small footprint (it only needs 700mm of space to install), its lack of need for a pre-construction pit or hoistway, and its quiet operation.
The pneumatic vacuum elevator is definitely worth considering if you’re looking for a residential lift that is both eco-friendly and easy to use!
